4.1 Equipment Matching

4.2 Usage Process

  2. Feeding: Add the diluted solution to the sludge mixing tank through a metering pump, and fully mix with the sludge (mixing time: 30-60 seconds) to ensure sufficient reaction between the product and the sludge.
  3. Dewatering: The flocculated sludge is sent to the belt filter press for pressing and dewatering, and the pressure and speed of the equipment are adjusted according to the actual sludge condition (pressure: 0.35-0.45 MPa, speed: 1.3 m/min).
  4. Post-processing: The dewatered sludge is transported to the designated disposal area, and the filtrate is returned to the front-end treatment process for secondary treatment.
